The York 20kg Cast Iron Dumbbell Set includes 2 x 14 chrome spinlock dumbbell bars, 4 x chrome spinlock collars and 12 cast iron weight plates (4 x 0.5kg, 4 x 1.25kg, 4 x 2.5kg).. The dumbbell bars feature central knurling to ensure a secure and comfortable grip. The spinlock design makes plate changes quick and easy while the heavy dutyspinlock collars safely secure the plates.. The set includes a handy workout guide and carry case for storage.
The supplier lists two spinlock handles, collars, cast iron plates and a carry case. Check how the supplied plates divide between the two handles and what loads you can build for each exercise. A set’s headline weight should not be read as the weight of each individual dumbbell.
Plate-loaded handles take time to adjust between exercises. Check the plate and handle compatibility, fastening instructions and storage arrangement if you plan to expand the set. Read our fixed versus adjustable dumbbell guide or browse other dumbbells and weight sets.
