Dumbbells & Weights
Browse hex dumbbells, adjustable dumbbells, dumbbell sets and neoprene or vinyl dumbbells. Check whether the displayed weight refers to one dumbbell, each item in a pair or the total set before comparing prices.
Before you buy: Confirm whether the stated weight is per dumbbell or for the full set, and whether handles, plates and collars are included.
Choose an equipment type
Compare dumbbells as individual items, pairs or sets
Compare like-for-like weight formats before looking at the price. Browse adjustable dumbbells, fixed dumbbells, hex dumbbells, neoprene dumbbells or weight sets to narrow the range.
Check what the stated weight includes
A single dumbbell, a pair and a complete plate-loaded set are different purchases. A 20kg set can refer to the combined contents, including handles and collars; it does not automatically provide two 20kg dumbbells. Read the contents list and the usable minimum and maximum load on each handle.
Compare increments and adjustment methods
Fixed weights can simplify changes during a session, while adjustable formats may reduce the number of separate weights to store. Check the adjustment steps, mechanism and handling instructions. For plate-loaded sets, confirm fitting dimensions and collar compatibility before adding extra plates. Similar-looking plates are not necessarily interchangeable.
Allow for grip, storage and floor protection
Compare handle dimensions, the overall size at your chosen load and any stand or case included. Read the manufacturer’s guidance about putting weights down; a rubber or neoprene coating does not make every product suitable for dropping. Plan a stable storage position and enough clear working space.
Our fixed versus adjustable dumbbell guide explains quantities, formats and set contents. Browse kettlebells for another weight format or use the home gym equipment guide to plan supporting equipment. Confirm the exact option, stock and price with the retailer.
